Their latest analysis found that individuals who receive regular recognition and praise: increase their productivity, increase engagement among their colleagues, are more likely to stay with their organization, receive higher loyalty and satisfaction scores from customers, have better safety records and fewer accidents on the job.

The Berkeley Staff Experience Program encourages and recognizes Student Affairs staff who participate in the diverse developmental opportunities and unique experiences afforded to us through the University, and as a result of our being located in Berkeley.


Student Affairs Culture Spotlight Video Series highlights department or unit within the division who demonstrate Pride, Trust and Community.   


The Spot Award recognizes special contributions, as they occur, for a specific project or task, generally for a special contribution accomplished over a relatively short time period. The award amount is $500. Represented clerical employees (CX) are now eligible for the award.
