360 Degree Feedback

By using the 360-degree feedback model, managers get a holistic view of their performance through self-evaluation and direct feedback from both direct reports and managers. Traditional feedback tends to be focused on a superior giving feedback on an employee’s performance. The 360-degree model however, is proven to increase employee engagement buy allowing an individual to see the direct impact of his actions and work ethic on the culture and function of the organization. By filling out an assessment, employees feel valued and as if their perceptions and thoughts are important to the development of their organization. Such a feedback system involves transparent and honest communication within a team which leads to a more collaborative and supportive culture.  Through the 360-degree feedback process, employee engagement strengthens as each member gives insight and feedback towards improving the performance of their organization.
