Our Plan

Cal in the Capital is working to expand partnerships and create new internship opportunities that will broaden the diversity of participants, further increase the depth of the applicant pool, and enhance the long-term impact of the program.

We want to significantly expand the field of students who can consider a commitment of an entire summer to voluntary service and learning in our nation’s capital, and make the program affordable for all eligible students. Raising additional funds is critical.
