A Message from Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs,
While we are doing all we can to contain costs, ensure maximum efficiencies, and secure every possible public dollar to sustain our commitment to keeping Berkeley affordable and accessible, we cannot accomplish this without increasing private support from our alumni and friends. Simply put, it is only with private investment that we will be able to maintain our mandate as a great public teaching and research institution.
