Location: ASUC Student Union, Pauley Ballroom, UC Berkeley. Reminder we are NOT in Clark Kerr. Become familiar with our new venue’s map on page 6 of the program.  

Multiple Buildings: We have sessions in a few locations outside of the ASUC Union, ranging from Chavez to the ASUC union.  Be prepared to move between buildings so you can be on time for great sessions.

Temperature: Rooms within the ASUC Student Union get very, very, - did we mention very warm. Plan to dress accordingly.   

Cancellations and Accommodations:  Stay Day is very popular. If you no longer plan on attending Stay Day or need accommodations, please email kyang@berkeley.edu

Registration: Registration begins Tuesday, June 7th on Sproul Plaza at Sather Gate from 11am - 1:00pm  and promptly at 8:00 a.m. on the morning of June 8th in the Kerr Lounge, 3rd floor MLK.

Volunteers: Please check in at the volunteer check in table in the Kerr Lounge, 3rd floor MLK before your shift on June 8th. 

Nametags: In support of sustainability, bring your own recycled nametag.

Food & Beverage: Lunch will be offered on Lower Sproul, and is not seated. We are aware that many of our guests have food restrictions and allergies, etc. You can view the menu here or in the Guidebook app so that you can plan to supplement your meals as needed. All of the food will be carefully labeled at the conference.

Water: Please bring your own hydration bottle as there will be NO water served in session rooms. See maps for water station locations.

Parking: Parking is limited at the ASUC Student Union Pauley BallroomView options here.

Lactation Room: Lactation room is located on the 2nd floor in Eshleman Hall (next to the restrooms). To get access, you need to exchange your State ID for an access key. Please pick-up the key card at the concierge desk (1st floor MLK). There is only one key card since only one person can use the room at a time. Refrigerator is available in the workroom next to the Practice & Performance room on the 2nd floor Eshleman, just a short walk west from the lactation room.

Gender Neutral Bathrooms will be available.
