An LCD projector, screen, VGI adapter, power strip, flip chart, easel, and markers will be available in your assigned room. Laptops and speakers will not be provided at the conference, so please make arrangements to bring one and any needed AV connectors that may differ from a standard LCD-PC connector (for example, connectors for Macs). On-site technical support will be available the day of the conference.
The Planning Committee will provide session evaluation forms that will be collected at the end of your session. You will receive an email within a month or so of the event with a summary of evaluations from your session.
We will designate a volunteer for your session who will be available should you need any additional assistance and will facilitate the completion and collection of session evaluations.
We kindly ask that you use the templates for both Google Slides and Word docs and make a copy to use for your handouts and presentations. Please share these with your co-presenter(s) if applicable. We would like to share your program resources with conference attendees and those unable to attend the event on our Stay Day website. Please upload any pertinent materials to the B Drive.
The poster session will take place from 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM in the Kerr Lounge in MLK. Tables will be marked with signs the day of the conference for your convenience. Please make sure that at least one individual is present at your table during this time period.
Each entry will receive one assigned table, six feet in length, for their presentation and materials. We cannot guarantee close access to electricity, so please bring any necessary extension cords or other equipment. Set up for the Showcase can be done between 7:00AM and 8:00AM, and all materials must be cleared from the space no later than 5:00PM.
