Timesheets & Time Reporting
In order to be paid, hourly employees (including all student positions, and hourly staff) must turn in a timesheet with the hours worked in the monthly reporting period and approved by the employee's supervisor.
Monthly employees (including career/limited/contract/non-senate/academic staff) must submit timesheets. The timesheet is used to maintain a record of the employee's vacation and sick leave usage. Employees should submit a completed timesheet to their supervisor for approval by the first business day of the following month. Supervisors are responsible for approving and submitting their employees' timesheets in the appropriate systems used by their department by the appropriate deadline.
