L&D is an open, collaborative and supportive workplace. We know that employees seek guidance from one another and others around campus when they have difficulty solving a problem; need professional advice; or just need someone to listen. We will consult with your group regarding how to implement coaching in your day-to-day operations.

 

We believe that coaching is essential to growth, whether in terms of professional development or our own personal growth and evolution.

 

At L&D, we practice what we preach. The coaching model is at the heart of our programs and services.

  • Successful coaching does not require a formal program!
  • Often, coaching evolves naturally, when someone new connects with a more experienced colleague.
  • Coaching encourages everyone to envision the future and build a network of individuals (peers, managers, campus partners) who can help them get there.
