How to Save and Email a PDF Form

Step 1: Use Acrobat Reader to open the PDF.
  • If you have Acrobat Reader this will most likely happen automatically. 
  • If you do not have Acrobat Reader you can download a free version at the Adobe Website.

Step 2: Fill out the form.

Step 3: Save the form to your computer.
  1.  Select "File" on the very top horizontal menu bar.
  2.  Select "Save As" on the "File" drop down menu.
  3.  Change the file name.
  4.  Save the file in a place you can find it.

Step 4: Email your form.
  1.  Open your email application.
  2.  Enter your BusOps contact's email address.
  3.  Write a clear subject line.
  4.  Attach your file to the email.
  5.  Add any further questions or comments in the body of the email.
