- Create recruitment plan and timeline
- Suggest advertising strategy
- Screen applicants for Hiring Manager and Search Committee
- Conduct phone interviews (when necessary)
- Create interview questions

Schedule interviews
(communicating with both the search committee and candidates) -
Prepare interview packets for committees
(interview schedules, questions, ranking sheets, etc.) - Serve as the liaison between the committee, hiring manager, and applicants/candidates
- Conduct reference checks
- Extend job offers (includes writing offer letters)
