SLAE Recruitment Services

Student Life & Admissions and Enrollment Business Operations offers full cycle recruitment services including the following:

  • Create recruitment plan and timeline
  • Suggest advertising strategy
  • Screen applicants for Hiring Manager and Search Committee
  • Conduct phone interviews (when necessary)
  • Create interview questions
  • Schedule interviews 
    (communicating with both the search committee and candidates)
  • Prepare interview packets for committees 
    (interview schedules, questions, ranking sheets, etc.)
  • Serve as the liaison between the committee, hiring manager, and applicants/candidates
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Extend job offers (includes writing offer letters)
