I can’t find my transcript, can you?
Once a transcript is scanned, there are multiple steps the imaging team must complete before it will appear in the final queue. Based on the influx of transcripts (June-August is the busy season), transcripts may take longer to process than the general 24-hour turnaround.
If you need your transcript ASAP, please have the following information available for us:
o The last name of the student
o The SID
o The school from which the transcript was sent or document type
o Full date of birth
o When we (18 Sproul) would have received the transcript, or when it was scanned in originally.
The more detailed information you can supply, the faster your transcript will be found. There are many transcripts to sort through and it may take longer if we have less information to work with.
• I can’t find my student in QUA, what now?
o When a transcript is received it travels through many phases until it has been routed forward. Scanning a transcript does not automatically link it and route it forward, there are multiple steps the imaging team must complete before it will appear in the final queue.
o Try looking in OUA View.
o Sometimes we cannot find the student in UGA and we route them forward as “unidentified” with an SID 00000000.
